Restore Sessions

The full reset session.Plus a minute when that's all you have.

Restore works at two levels. The full Restore session is a guided ~25-minute protocol — readiness screening, paced breath, your Safe Place, then focused bilateral processing on one specific situation. It opens once you've completed 7 consecutive daily sessions. Alongside it, 60-second breath resets are there from day one, for the moments that hit without warning.

Inside the full Restore session

Four movements. About 25 minutes. Entirely in your control.

This is the deeper protocol that opens after your first 7 consecutive daily sessions — not a meditation. You'll want a quiet, private space and about 25 uninterrupted minutes.

01

Settle and check readiness

A short set of honest readiness questions, then 4-7-8 breathing to slow your system down. You choose your bilateral rhythm — visual, audio or tapping.

02

Widen, then anchor

Expansive awareness softens the body, then you install your Safe Place and strengthen it with the bilateral rhythm. That anchor stays available for the rest of the session.

03

Work one situation

Choose what you'd like to work on — you never explain or relive it. You name a target image, the belief that goes with it, the belief you'd rather hold, and rate both. Then bilateral passes do the processing.

04

Body scan and consolidate

Scan for what's cleared and what's left, install the positive belief, then come back into the room with a closing reflection. Stop whenever you've had enough.

Why the full session unlocks at day 7. The daily program builds the regulation and consistency the deeper work depends on. Once it's open, space full sessions 4 or more days apart so your nervous system can consolidate, and keep your daily sessions running alongside. Every full session begins with readiness screening, and you can pause or stop at any point. Restore supports your own care — it is not a substitute for treatment from a licensed mental health or healthcare professional.

What's inside

The full session, the quick resets, and the parts that hold them together.

Everything below is what Restore actually delivers today — no themed catalogue, one deeper protocol and the short resets that support it.

The main event

The full Restore session

The deeper protocol. Readiness screening, paced breath, your Safe Place, then focused bilateral processing on one specific situation — a hard meeting, a decision, a loop that keeps replaying — closing with a body scan, consolidation and reflection. Opens after 7 consecutive daily sessions.

Quick reset · physiological sigh

Two short inhales through the nose, then a long slow exhale. Five sighs is enough to move the nervous system from sympathetic to parasympathetic. No prep, no processing work — pure breath.

60 sec

Quick reset · coherent breathing

Six seconds in, six seconds out — about five breaths a minute, the rate that produces peak heart-rate variability and the strongest calming response. Use it when you have a minute and want steadiness rather than a jolt.

60 sec

Safe Place anchoring

Before any processing begins, you install a calm internal place and strengthen it with the bilateral rhythm. It's the anchor you return to at any point, and it can change from session to session.

Inside every full session

Your choice of bilateral rhythm

Visual tracking, alternating audio tones, or self-tapping. You pick what feels natural that day — the mechanism is the same, the delivery is yours.

The 24–48 hours after

Processing continues after the session ends. You may feel tired and want rest, or noticeably lighter and more energised. Restore tells you what to expect and asks you to check back in.

Integration

Why it works

Built on four well-studied mechanisms.

Restore isn't a meditation app rebadged for executives. Each session is engineered around the actual physiology of recovery — and grounded in the principles that drive sustained leadership performance.

Read the full science
  • Slow, paced breath

Long exhales raise vagal tone and shift you out of fight-or-flight within minutes — 4-7-8 before a full session, the physiological sigh for a 60-second reset.

  • Bilateral stimulation

Alternating left-right input — visual, audio or tactile — helps the brain reprocess emotionally charged memory and lowers reactivity. The mechanism EMDR research is built on.

  • Belief and body-based processing

You rate how strong the feeling is and how true the words you'd rather hold feel, then track where it lives in the body. Change is measured, not assumed.

  • Safe Place anchoring

A rehearsed, bilaterally-strengthened calm state you can return to at any moment — the reason the deeper work stays inside your control.
